As a Social Media Team Leader, I managed Facebook and Instagram Ad Campaigns to reach my team's KPI every month including Engagement, Reach, and Page Likes. Based on Facebook and Instagram Analytics, I defined our target audience (Age, Location, and Interest). Every day, I checked the ads' performance and optimized them if needed. Moreover, I did A/B testing to see which ad performed the best to increase the bid. As a result, their social media fans increased by 100% in one year.
